Join us along with other great people in the community for Black Balloon Day. Hope movement is hosting this even at Walter Turnbow Park in Springdale. We have all been touched by loss from overdose, Black Balloon Day has been set aside as an international day of remembrance and bringing awareness to overdose/poisoning deaths.
